These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Clean Control: Secure Cleaner, including related website pages, content, and subscription features. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should discontinue use of the App. Your use of the App also remains subject to any applicable Apple rules, device terms, and App Store conditions.
Clean Control: Secure Cleaner is a utility application intended to help users review storage, organize media, and perform optional cleanup actions. Features may include, without limitation, storage overview tools, screenshot cleanup, duplicate or similar media review, quick-clean assistance, and other organizational functions that may be updated over time.
The App is provided on an “as available” basis. Certain features may change, be expanded, be removed, or be limited from time to time for technical, business, or compliance reasons.
You are responsible for reviewing any content before deleting or modifying it through the App. Although the App is designed to assist with cleanup and organization, final responsibility for keeping, deleting, or otherwise handling personal files remains with the user.
You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service in a manner that violates applicable law, Apple policies, or the rights of others.
Some features may require a paid auto-renewable subscription. Subscription pricing, billing periods, and trial availability are presented in the App before purchase. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Users can manage or cancel subscriptions in their Apple ID account settings after purchase.
From time to time, the App may offer free trials, introductory pricing, or limited promotional terms. Eligibility for such offers is determined by Apple and/or applicable platform rules and may be limited to new users or certain subscription products. Unless cancelled before the trial period ends, the subscription may convert into a paid subscription in accordance with the terms shown at purchase.
Refund decisions for in-app purchases are generally handled by Apple under Apple’s own billing and refund framework. If a user submits a refund request relating to an in-app purchase, we may, where permitted and reasonably necessary, provide Apple with limited information regarding the user’s purchase-related consumption for review purposes.
Such information may include app usage duration, an anonymous internal account or user identifier, the aggregate amount spent through in-app purchases, and the aggregate amount previously refunded. This information, if shared, is intended solely to help Apple assess the refund request and is not meant to expand the use of user data beyond that context.
The App, its design elements, text, branding, layout, graphics, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the App or its content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, perfectly accurate, or suitable for every individual purpose or device scenario.
Users should maintain their own judgment when managing files and should keep backups of important content.
To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of use arising out of or related to the use of, or inability to use, the App. This includes, without limitation, issues resulting from user choices, device behavior, platform limitations, subscription handling by Apple, or accidental file removal.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the App or certain features where reasonably necessary, including for technical maintenance, compliance reasons, suspected misuse, legal obligations, or security concerns.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms may be posted on this page. Continued use of the App after updated Terms become effective may be treated as acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted under applicable law.
